A prop's journey

I came across a potentially interesting new blog, A prop's journey, the rugby diary of a young front rower from Brisbane, Queensland. It will be interesting to see how active he is in posting in the off-season but he seems determined to use the time for building up for the 2007 season. It could be worth following.

I'm doing well whenever I can find a strength or rugby link before you do, Scott. Your blog, Straight to the Bar is a great resource for finding new material.

By the way, have you checked out my new Strength for Sport Refertory on the MyoQuip website? Perhaps you might be able to suggest additional links as it is very much a work-in-progress.

Regards
Bruce

Thanks Bruce. Just wading through the refertory now; I've got plenty of sites linked up - which you're more than welcome to copy - it's just a matter of which ones you feel are the most appropriate.

A full blog index is here, though I suspect the strongman stuff would appeal to most of your readers. The links to Bud Jeffries and Brooks Kubik are two that jump out in that category.

If the strongman stuff sounds about right, I've got a few more that I haven't put up yet. Let me know.
